Orbi parental control - Content level switching off

Hi, not spotted anything on other discussions, so hopefully someone can help.

Somehow, the content level (and thus history) of my kids profile is getting turned off

I’m the only one with the Orbi App, so I’m confused about how they are doing it. Everything else is kept the same (sites, categories, bedtime etc).
