so i got the xr1000 v1 when u in Enable Smart Connect Smart Connect requires the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks to use the same but it keeps droping out on all my devices but with it off in the 2.4gbz in the 5ghz band together with smart connect it drops out on everything but with it off its works fine? i tried everything i could to get smart connect to work right in it isn't idk if its a problem in the software are not but please look into it in fix it... i tried reseting my router etc multi times. notings working i tried reinstalling the software still doing it with the smart connect works fine without smart connect but with it my wifi drops out on my cell phone laptops etc wifi wise
It's very likely some of your devices are not liking the automatic band switching, causing a disconnect so best to have them separate and connect manually to 2.4/5GHz
