Hi there,
Before 1998, did NetGear owned by Bay Networks get a lot of core code about network devices from the former?
Why does the merger plan of Bay Networks and Nortel in the later stage not include NetGear?
Personal guess NetGear belongs to Bay Network's personal business and SMB business, so it is not favored by Nortel?
I would like to understand the common discussion of this history.
