Parental Control stopped working

 Firmware Version V1.0.16.132_2.0.92

Parental control stopped working 2 months ago. I have an active subscription, and can't get support.

I can't stop/block any device neither via time controls, nor via the pause button.

I tried the following:

1. Deleted all parental profiles and reinstalled the app. Created a profile, and still doesn't work

2. Factory reset the router and reconfigure

Any help would be appreciated.

Finally someone else with the exact same issue. Orbi/Netgear doesn't seem to understand the issue every time I explain it to them.
