Changing Organisation and Ownership
I am unfortuately losing a customer, that has a few AP and Switches all managed by the Insight Platform.
However, in my own naivety, I created the organisation and set the owner to one of my own accounts and set the device to be admin owned rather than Business owned.
It appears that you can not change them in the portal and it also appears that as my support ended in April this year, so there is no way to get support on the Insight platform, even though you pay for a yearly subscription for each device.
Does anyone know of a way, or is there a method to contact and Insight Admin from Netgear that can make those required changes in their back end?

It seems that you are having issues with your Insight Portal. May I know what do you want to achieve here? Do you want to delete the organization and re-create a new one?
