Open SSID requires sign in
Does anyone else have this problem? Phones are connecting to an open SSID, but the phone's WiFi manager says that it requires sign in. I have 4 SSIDs, 2 open, 2 WPA2 with PWs, and both say the same thing after the phone connects to the SSID. Tested on Android and iOS devices, same results. On Android, the end result is a webpage that says 404. If the user selects the ellipsis (3 dots up/down) on the top right and selects "Use this network as is", the phone gets redirected. This is not the experience we want on the guest WiFi. Is it something with the VLAN. I've tried assigning the SSID to the Management VLAN (the default that lets everything thru), but same results. Please let me know your suggestions.
Using Spectrum internet, BR200 router, GS724TPv2 switch, and one WAC540. Picture attached of the WiFi manager.
