Error : ReadyNASOS background service started
We have a ReadyNAS 3130 with 6.3.10 firmware in office
I am backing up the NAS drive to en external USB drive and start to receive the following message 2-3 times a day:
System: External storage device connected.
Replaced the hard drive with a new one, but still same error.
When checked the log file, realized that the cause is ReadyNASOS service:

Re: Error : ReadyNASOS background service started
Download the full log zip file and look there.
You can send a PM (private message) to the Netgear mods ( @JohnCM_S and @Marc_V ) and ask them to take a look. Use the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum for this, don't post the logs publically.
Note you can't attach them. What you need to do is upload them to cloud storage (google drive, onedrive, dropbox, etc), and include a download link in the PM.
