Unfortunately Netgear appears to have taken down readynas.com. No idea who to ask to restore these files (rehosting them on a netgear.com link), as no mods have posted anything in the ReadyNAS forum area for some months. @NiveditaP - is this something you can look into?????

Actually, they've restored access to downloads from readynas.com, so the KB link will work again. Note they haven't restored www.readynas.com or apps.readynas.com.
