They haven't said so.

But they haven't launched a new ReadyNAS model in over 5 years.  And it's essentially impossible to purchase a new unit.  So IMO they've been quiet-quitting for a long time.

Hi, how do I access my NAs10200 now there is no software or website to use? What do I do...can anyone recommend a software I can buy/ use that will work with my NAS 10200? Im not computer literate and have no idea what how to access all the files i've backed up??

While Netgear always drove folks to use ReadyCloud to access the NAS, even for local access. (a very bad decision, IMHO), there has always been and still is a local interface.  The easiest way to get to it is to use RAIDar to discover it and then select Admin Page in RAIDar.  Alternately, if you already know the IP address of the NAS, go to https://nas IP address/admin (filling in the appropriate address).

Good question.  In past years they announced the final software release in the forum, and also sent emails to all customers who had registered their NAS.  But I don't think we can count on them doing that this time (given the way they handled the ReadyCloud shutdown).
