No volumes or USB disks error message on readycloud

Hello,

I have an error message "No volumes or USB disks" that appear when I try to access my nas from readycloud website.

I recently changed home as well as router. The most strange thing is that I can access my nas and its contents through the readycloud client application but not from the website.

Can you help me on this please?

You can access it correctly on your local lan?

You probably have encountered this problem (found on this article). Try to use other web browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
