Mark, thanks for your response.  I already have the NIC configured for Cloudflare (faster than google public DNS servers) and my local router IP. Any other ideas?

Have you tried connecting to a different network? mobile data or another ISP?

    Hi Mark, thanks for responding back so quickly.  I've actually tried to connect via 3 different networks, including my mobile phone providers network...
