Backing up or Syncing a NAS312 to a NAS102 on same network

I have a brand new NAS312 replacing a NAS102 on a network with 10 x PC's, I am looking to leave the NAS102 running as a backup in case there is a serious fail at any point, so the office users can switch over and carry on until I can get in (as I am 40 miles away).

Is there a simple way I can do this?

You could setup the same users and groups with matching UIDs and GIDs, and use backup jobs to backup shares from one NAS to the other.

You should also consider how you will do an off-site backup as well.
