Just to get my head around this when you backup directly to a External USB Drive, you got a number of options, one of them is schedule full backup weekly or two weekly etc?
I had set it for just full back up initally, but what I found was it kept old deleted stuff and it got bigger and bigger?
I would like to set it so it backs up completely and is a mirror image of what is on the drive, this way say I need to transfer the lot I can do this easliy knowing that all the information is exact and precise.
A full backup nightly would take its toll I feel? so guess I want a kind of sync backup?
The backup job schedule should be set "first time". The schedule set for perform backup every" will be incremental. Kindly check this link for more information.
