NV+ Power Supply Failure

I have one that falls between the SN range and all the smoke came out ... smells too.
This is my second NV+. I replaced the PSU on the other one under a "free exchange" program a few years back.

Does this program still exist, or am I about to be disappointed?

Depending on what region you are in NetGear may replace the PSU due to the serial being in that range.

Looks like Rob is in Canada. Contact support, get an RMA. If they have issues with that (some techs arent trained on it), ask for the case to be escalated.

Ok. PSU was RMA-ed. New one received and installed. After a 5 hr resync, we are back on line. No data lost.
