USB Drives attached to RN314 disapearing

Has anyone had a problem with USB 3.0 drives attached to their readynas disappearing? I have several USB drives attached that I use to back up shares that no longer appear in the system or shares TAB, this has happened on an off since I bought the NAS a year ago. Most times I need to disconnect them for 10 seconds or more and then plug them into the opposite port on the back and they are recognized as rebooting the machine does not recognize them. Anyone have any ideas what is happening?

Are your disks AC powered or BUS powered?

Can you send me your logs?: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21543/~/how-do-i-send-all-logs-to-a-readynas-forum-mod...

One is Bus Powered and one is AC powered

I followed the instructions to download the logs, but when I click on icon nothing happens....could it have placed the logs somewhere without asking me where to download to?

It could take some seconds after clicking it before the logs start downloading.

Have you tried a different web browser?

Yes Nothing happens in Internet explorer and Chrome times out...Logs show as over 600 pages...
