cannot acces my nas in windows explorer after firmware update to 6.4.1
Hello, Can anyone help me out please. I have problems to acces my nas in windows explorer after updating the firmware to 6.4.1 I my browser ( google chrome ) its working normaly and i can...
net use * /delete
list is empty
net use t: \\nasipaddress\data /user:admin adminpassword
systemerror 86
Networkpassword is not valid
Ok.
I'd try changing the admin password from the web ui (you can of course change it right back to the original setting).
If the net use commands still fail, then take advantage of your phone support..
it still fails.
Now first i will try to reset the nas to factory defaults.
Factory defaults resets everything to its origian settings from the factory included the firmware.
if done i try again if it fails again i go your the fone suppord.

That will destroy all data you have stored on the NAS.
before i do that i make a backup off all data.
if done i will leave the nas now in this state becouse i have now acces with the ftp and i can play my music and movies on a stream to my tv.
I think thats for now good.
later if i have time i will take action to reset factory default..
