Accidentally deleted Admin account

I was cleaning up users acounts on readycloud, and I think I just accidentally deleted the main admin account for my NAS 104.

Can't login into NAS now, any suggestions, dont want to lose data...

Thx

Re: Accidentally deleted Admin account

Have you tried logging in using the local admin user account "admin" (no quotes)?

Re: Accidentally deleted Admin account

When I suggested logging in as admin, I meant logging in to e.g. http://ip.address.of.nas

If you download the RAIDar tool and click setup it will take you to this page.

You could try both the default password "password" (no quotes) and the password you set for your Cloud admin user. If neither works you could try an OS Re-install.

If you have updated to 6.4.1 (released today) already there is a new method to reset the admin password.

Re: Accidentally deleted Admin account

Logging into the http://ip.address.of.nas worked using admin / password.

Thx!
