Problem with uninstall aps RN 104

Hello, i have problem with uninstall apss, its readynas 104 OS is 6.4.0

In log i have only:

Fri Nov 27 2015 22:26:30 System: Cannot uninstall application istat.
Fri Nov 27 2015 22:25:46 System: Cannot uninstall application Monsta FTP Client for Readynas.
Fri Nov 27 2015 22:24:20 System: Cannot uninstall application PHPMyAdmin.
Fri Nov 27 2015 22:21:09 System: Cannot uninstall application Anti-Virus Plus.
Fri Nov 27 2015 22:17:59 System: Cannot uninstall application istat.
Fri Nov 27 2015 22:17:01 System: Cannot uninstall application istat.

where is problem ? why i can install but i can't uninstall apss ?

Have you tried on a different web browser? And clearing cache?
 
Please also try using BETA 6.4.1-RC3.

Change browser, clear cache and also update OS do nothing 😞 still i can't remove apss

What Firmware version is running in your device? Will it be okay if you will try the latest Beta Firmware?

Hello, I have same problems myself on NS104, I am trying to uninstall AVP but it does not work, even after upgrading to 6.4.1 (just did it). Other apps installed are PLEX Media Server and ReadyNAS Survellance.

 

Moreover, I am not able to get virus definition updates since July 31st, error code as follows.

 

Fri Dec 4 2015 12:23:46 System: Antivirus scanner definition file update failed due to download failure. Check your Internet connection.

Are you using a static IP address in the RN104?  If so, check to see if you configured the DNS servers.

Brilliant! I have a static IP and the nameserver IP number (I used the DSL router one) solved both problems!

Hello i still have problem 😕 now i have statement:

"Application list might be missing or obsolete, do you want to update the list now? " 

I click "Yes" but still is problem with install or uninstall

I have dynamic IP, i do update to OS 6.4.2.

Where is problem ? 😞

Klimek, I think you will need help from Netgear - either someone here who's willing to take a look, or paid per-incident support.

 

Another option would be to back up your data and do a factory reset.  Then reinstall the apps you want, and restore the data from backup.
