Ready as software update and now completely unresponsive
Hi, I've just updated my readynas 104 via my pc for the first time in a couple of months. Once completed the readynas rebooted as normal but is now completely unresponsive, when I press the power button for example, and cannot be located by any of my media players or the pc. I've tried unplugging and plugging in the readynas, as that was the only way to turn it off and on again but still no joy. It has been like this for 12 hours now, as I wondered if there was still some sort of update going on. Please help!

Ok having looked at the existing forums I found the usb recovery / reboot process and have tried that although unfortunately it doesn't seem to work as the nas just stays I use recovery mode. Should I be trying lots of different usb sticks or is there another suggestions? Thanks

If you have another USB stick handy, I'd try that next.
After that I suggest contacting support.
