Is 5Ghz band available in data offload mode on the nighthawk m6?
I consider buying a nighthawk M6, but before I do that, I need to know which frequency bands are available in data offloading mode. My current M1 only supports 2,4 Mhz when offloading data from another WiFi network, which is too slow for my KEF LSX speakers. I would at least need 5 Ghz. Does anyone know how this works in a M6 model? Thanks in advance!
Hello, I want to replace my RBR50 because one of my Satelites refuses to connect. It is now connected as AP and that works (worked) amazing, so I want to set up the RBE870 the same way and I have a question about that. In the instructions it says to connect your Orbi router to i-net router via ethernet. Next it says to connect your browwser on your laptop to one of 2 websites, but with wifi internet gone, how will that work? Or do you have to connect your laptop also via Ethernet to the either the i-net router or Orbi router? Any information (video links) are very much appreciated!69Views0likes0CommentsORBI RBS50
Hello I live in Spain and am visiting an Orbi-RBS50 satellite that can be connected to 230 Volt with a European connector. Does anyone have one more for sale? I have a netgear switch mentioned in the subject. I recently got an email from NEtgear saying that there is a new firmware for my switch type that is available for download. See attached snap shot... The new firmware addresses a bug which I believe is also affecting my switch because I assigned a fix IP address via DHCP router. Switch is working fine however I cannot get access via the GUI (https). There exist a new firmware for this but I cannot implement this because of this bug. Beside the GUI, is there another way to connect to the switch and update the firmware? I would like to avoid full reset of the switch in order not to loose the complete configuration! Thanks in advance Maarc217Views0likes1Comment
