18 month old RBK23 was fine, now slow internet
This router was workng great from when I purchased it June 2020 until now. Nothing changed but the speed. I had the internet company here to check their equipment and their router work at my purchase...

There is one thing you can try: manually loading a previous firmware version on the router.
Open the Netgear support site https://netgear.com/support
Enter the model number in the box: RBR20
Select: Downloads
On the download page, click on the Plus sign "+" to bring up a list of previous firmware.
Click on one of them, such as V2.6.2.104
Download the firmware file and 'unzip' it.
Connect to the Orbi router.
Navigate to the Advanced Tab, Administration, Firmware Update
Select the Manual Tab.
Follow the directions to locate the *.zip file for the RBR20 and upload it.
This will take a minute and the router will reboot
After the router reboots, check the speed again.
If the normal speed has returned, please come back and learn how to prevent the router from auto-updating.

I updated the main router and not the satellites, Do I need to update them as well before checking the speed?

The update did not work :-(

As in
- The process did not complete, or
- The router immediately auto-updated itself back to V2.7.3.22?
There is no need to update the satellites before checking speed.

The update to previous firmware worked but it did not increase my speeds.
