2.4g or 5g

Hi How can i switch from 2.4g to 5g.. Can get 290gb down and 50 upload. Speed slower using orbi router/sat.. Perhaps irs set to wrong "G"

The Orbi is automatic in selecting which frequency to use based on device support and design.
