2 weeks ago, my ORBI Mesh RBK33 has reduced download speed 3 times.

I have ORBI mesh system with the main router and 2 plug-in extenders. 2 weeks ago, my download speed was greatly reduced. I have contacted Spectrum, and they could not do anything. The WiFi speed on my iPhone is great, about 480Mbps. However, my computer speed is now about 150Mbps. No new app were installed, no new equipment was added, nothing was removed. The only one thing that is different - I have updated ORBI firmware and software via my iPhone. I can't fugure this out. Need help. Is there a way to undo that update?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?


    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? I would try this first...
