400 error message when trying to change my admin password

Trying to log in to my Orbi app but i forgot my password. When i click the "forgot password?" button, it tells me to go to routerlogin.net.
when i do this i get directed to a webpage but get served up an ad selling parental controls for Circle. when i close this ad, i get a 400 error message. Does someone know of a different way to change/reset my admin password? Thanks!
