401 Error

I'm getting the 401 error on serveral website with my Orbi that I bought from Costco. When I type in the serial number it asks what my birth place is and the birth place of my father. When I type them in it says it's wrong. Help! I can't do homeschool if I can't get on the right websites. 

 

I've tried using Chrome and Safari and neither work. 

 

I'm on a Mac computer.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser pointed at 192.168.1.1
