5G network connects only on 802.11a

Hi all,

 

I have a AC3000 wireless mesh router (RBR50) with the firmware version V2.7.4.24. All my devices are able to connect to the 5G network only in 802.11a rendering very slow speed. Can you please suggest a fix for this? I couldn't find any settings that controls which protocol the devices can connect to. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    do you have a screen snip of this? 

    Does it matter if they're connected to the satellite or the router? 

    Have you tried a factory reset/reinstall?
