Did you enable Traffic meter? If so, kindly disable it and observe the connection.
To disable the Traffic Meter feature using the Orbi app:
- Launch the Orbi App on your mobile device.
- Scroll down to the Traffic Meter button at the bottom of the home screen.
- Tap the Traffic Meter button.
- Tap the Enable slider to toggle it to the off position.
- A confirmation popup displays.
- Tap OK.
To disable the Traffic Meter feature using a web browser:
- Launch a web browser from a computer that is connected to your Orbi's network.
- Enter orbilogin.net.
- A login screen displays.
- Enter the router user name and password.
- The BASIC home screen displays.
- The user name is admin. The password is the one that you created during the initial setup of your Orbi. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
- Click ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Traffic Meter.
- Clear the Enable Traffic Meter check box.
- Click APPLY.
