I often ask, "what changed?" In this case, Orbi firmware changed. Although tedious, it is not terribly difficult to download the previous firmware from Netgear's support site and manually "update" (ha, "downdate") to the previous version.

Click on the "plus sign" and it will show every previous firmware version.
I would do the satellites first by connecting directly to the satellite web page (http://<IP address of satellite>) and then finish with the router.
