Ability to forward VLAN Tagged Packets

I am looking to purchase an Orbi as I have real issues with Powerline adapters stability and speed. My thought was to replace the Powerline adapters and Apple Airport Extreme devices with an Orbi setup.

However in one point in my network I have switches connected to the Powerline and forward VLAN tagged packets between the switches over the Powerline. My question is can the Orbi forward VLAN tagged packets between switches connected to the Orbi ethernet port. The topology would therefore be

Switch ---- ORBI (Router) ===== WIFI BACKHUAL ====== ORBI (Satellite) ---- Switch

Would thsi work and allow a VLANs to span between the switches.
