AC2200 with 2 Sat

When I click on a link from a website, another tab opens in Chrome/Safari and prompts me for a login/pwd to enter the new site.  Also, I can't access Prime or Disney+ streaming services.

 

I don't have security enabled.  What is the issue?

    not sure this has anything to do with the orbi but rather a suspicious link.

      Thanks, but it happens very often with just normal shopping sites.

        try clearing your cache

        then reboot pc
