AC3000 Auto Negotiate WAN Disable

Is there a way to disable or force a speed negotiation from the AC3000 router?  My ISP can force a speed on their end but I can't find anything on the router admin pages that mention WAN speed.  I am...

Model - RBR50V2

Firmware V2.7.4.24

Cat 6 cable being used 

Router has been in use over 1 year

 

I am not sure of the particulars of the ISP...I will ask them.
