AC3000 offline

Trouble with staying online. Have updated firmware and rebooted twice. Also have done a factory reset. Orbi will not stay online. Will disconnect after the router is plugged in for a few minutes. Ide...

What is ths Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the router is connected too? Built in router by chance? 

 

Any other wifi nieghbors near by? If so, how many?
