Access Denied on Some Websites

When I try to go to certain websites like: Rei.com or costco.com, it gives me the following error:

changed it as requested. Still having error.
Also tried 75.75.75.75
and 8.8.8.8
same results.

And you don't have any parental controls enabled do you?
This is the only site thats given this error thru the Orbi?
What happens if you open a command line window in Windows and run a TRACERT www.rei.com ?
I do not have any parental controls enabled.
I also was having issues with other websites like costco.com
