Access to support , when your netgear account has stopped functioning
How do we get support, when Netgear account just logs in and then site resets and asks for login again. Password reset completed sucessfully. I need to use the support as my "circle" subscription no longer connects to my orbi, and the emailed access code (4-digit) returns a "wrong code" errr message.
So inshort, Orbi is still functioning, but my Circle Application, Orbi Application are both failing.

Click on "mynetgear" at the top. register (or login) to an account. from there, you should be able to click on your device and service.
