Have you solved? I too am stucked with solid green light and no reponse from serial port, with your settings. No ethernet presence or wifi or any other light.
I cannot understand how can I get a solid green light but no communication on serial interface.
I can add that 3.3v serial pin and usb seems correctly powered.
