Accessing complimentary support

How do I get complimentary support from Netgear?

 

I have registered the product on the support site, but when I try to raise a case, selecting it does not enable the button so I cannot proceed. Tried installing the support app but this just crashes, and contacted them via Facebook but no response.

 

 

Really disappointing as without being able to fix the issues I'm going to have to return the product. Is there a phone number I can call?
