Adding a WAP
I would like to add a AC1200 to my RBR20 network... can this be done?

What product is the AC 1200? There is no Orbi product that I know of with AC 1200 throughput.
If this is a repeater that you want to attach to Orbi then you can attach it to Orbi in the same way you attach such a repeater to any other router. Please follow the instructions in the repeater's manual.
Possibly the EX 6 series of extenders...
As ekhalil says, you can add a conventional access point to an Orbi, but that would defeat the system and its mesh wifi.
The usual way to extend an Orbi network is with another satellite.
