adding another Orbi router at another address, want to edit email address for this system (RBR50v2)

I have a current Orbi system, RBR50v2 that I installed in 2019 at my home address with my main email address. Now, I want to install Orbi RBK753S AX4200 WiFi 6 Mesh System at a different address. When I try to start a new account, it says my email address is already in use (at the older system). I cannot find a way to edit the RBR system's email address.

 

Anyone know how to edit the email address? 

If that does not work, then I am thinking I will delete the Orbi app from my cell, which will shut down the RBR system. Then, activate each one from scratch with different email addresses for each system. 

 

Any other ideas?

    Have you logged out of the Orbi app and then log back in? 


    Is the Orbi app device connected to the Orbi AX system prior to you launching the app? 

     

    You can have different orbi systems connected to the one Orbi app.
