Adding new streaming devices to Orbi

"In the past" as in last week or as in months ago?
"It can't connect" is the AppleTV that is connected to a different television?
One quick test is to set up a Hot Spot using a cell phone and see if the AppleTV will connect to it.
(The AppleTV could be taken to a friend's house and tested on their network and television set.)
I would also verify that Access Control has not been turned on or the AppleTV "paused" with the Orbi "app".
