Adding New Trusted Device
I got a new Android phone and wanted to add it to my "Trusted Device" list for the Orbi App.
Here's what I did.
1. I deleted all instances of my old phone from the "Trusted Device" list in the Orbi app on my new phone by a) Going to Home-->Account Management-->Login Settings-->Two-Step Verification-->My Trusted Devices-->Swiping from right to left on instances of my old phone and selecting "Remove Device". It left just my IPad as a trusted device & the Primary device.
2. I then uninstalled the Orbi app from my new phone.
3. I re-installed the Orbi app on my new phone. As part of the installation process, the app asked if I wanted to include my new phone as a trusted device. I said Yes.
4. Once the application had been fully installed, I went back to "My Trusted Devices" on my new phone, swiped right to left on the entry for my new phone, and set it to be the primary device.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
