Sort of. I enabled beam-forming on the router and changed the placement of the satellite in the office and it now seems to be within wifi range and everything works now. Both satellites are connected directly to the router over 5G and backhaul status is good.

Yep, the router is connected to an ethernet socket in the wall, and the satellite is connected to the ethernet wall socket in the office. Cable run underground between the two (about 20 metres). Electrician tested the cable connectivity on install.
The other satellite remains wireless only.
Is that OK, or do all satellites have to use ethernet?

Hmm. Once I turned on beam forming it all seems to work now without the ethernet connection after all 🤷‍♂️
