ADT Cloud link not working with Orbi
When I connect my ADT home security cloud link to the orbi Wifi router using the Ethernet wire it does not work. When I connect the ADT cloud link directly to my Arris Modem using the Ethernet wire it works. The ADT technician said that it was a problem with my Orbi and I could not connect ADT or Arlo cameras to the Orbi router. Is this true? How do I fix this? Should I purchase a new modem or router?
