Same thing here. The Espon ecojet printer is still hooked up to the wifi network, but nothing on the network can find the printer. Even the Epson set-up app can't find the printer.
Please fix this ASAP!!!!!!

A couple of points:
No one on this community forum has the ability to "fix" anything. Netgear software engineers are assigned to projects and do not spend time randomly browsing the dozens of community forums to find things to work on.
There are indeed differences between the various WiFi routers, so posting the question in the correct forum may prompt a response from someone who knows the specifics of that product. Those of us who own the Orbi WiFiac product may give advice that is wildly inappropriate. For example, I would be tempted to ask if the Orbi 'app' lists this printer as a Connected Device, or if the Orbi Attached Devices web page does. But, you probably do not use the Orbi 'app' and I have no idea what sort of Attached Devices display the Nighthawk routers have.
It would be useful to print out the Epson networking parameters to see what IP address the printer thinks it has. (My Epson has a touch screen that I can scroll across to find the IP address.) Then, attempt to 'ping' that IP address or open it in a web browser.

FIXED IT ......!!!!
I just got off the phone with a support person.
-They had me log in to my router at IP 192.168.1.1
-Signed in with my admin and admin password
-Then clicked on the Wifi box (button)
-Then unchecked the "enable AX"
- then hit the apply button which updated the settings.
I was then able to find my printer and add it under system preferences and it now works.
Prior to this fix, the printer was connected to the wifi network but nothing could find the printer.
I have Nighthawk AX8 wifi router.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
