Alexa cannot play spotify on orbi voice

Hello,

 

When i ask alexa to play a song from spotify i get as reaction'' this action is not supported on this device''

i linked Alexa and orbi with each other en with my spotify premium account.

i cant figure out why it is not working.

i'm running the latest firmware versions on router and satalite.

can anyone please help me?

    I did that and still don't work. It's weird because Pandora, Tune in, Sirius XM works fine. The problem is Spotify!
