Alexa connected satellite (RBS40V) stopped connecting to RBR20
All of the sudden my Alexa connected sattelite (RBS40V) quit connecting to the router (RBR20). I've tried all the tricks (powering off, reset button, etc). It shows up on my network map on the Orbi...

Hello OrbiHelp,
I understand that you are having issues with your Orbi administrator login page. There is a way to reset your login credentials.
However, this has to be set up before getting locked out of the administration page.
After your RBR20 has been reset follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to http://www.routerlogin.net
2. Then, navigate to ADVANCED > Administration > Set Password.
3. Next, select the Enable Password Reset check box
4. At this time select two security questions and provide answers to them then select apply.
For more information on the password reset feature please visit:
After your RBR20 has been set up and connected please try syncing your RBS40V to the router.
Please let me know if this solution was helpful!
Best,
Kevin

So I guess maybe I need to start all over... I cannot get into the admin site and when I try the answers I set up, it doesn't recognize them. Do I need to do a complete factory re-set? And if so, how do I do that?
Again when I try to set up the satellite, I do not see that as an option on the Orbi app.
This is getting REALLY frustrating. Thank you!

Yes, a Factory reset is the only way to access the Orbi web interface when the web password is not recognized.

On the Orbi app, press on the icon in the upper left, a circle with either a tiiny house or a tiny cloud inside it.
Add a Satellite is the third item in the menu.
