Alexa Device will not Connect
I have an RBR40 with 2 satelites (not sure why that wasn't an option for models??). My amazon echo device stopped connecting to my wifi. When I try to reconnect, I get an error that the device need...
It was connected previously, then mysteriously stopped. As I said previously, I was able to create a hot spot with my phone and connect the echo. This means there is something to do with the WiFi. I tried the work around to attach to the 2.4GHZ but it did not work. Any idea why the Alexa thinks it is connecting to a public WiFi. it seems like it is trying to connect to a hotel internet that requires a password from a webpage.
Seems like something happened to your device. I would make contact with Amazon about this.
