Alexa skill for Canada

I have not been able to find the Alexa skill for Netgear.  It appears to not have been enabled for Canada.  Please enable it.  There should be no language barrier given that spoken English in Western Canada is the same (accent) as the English in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.  i really want an easy way for my significant other to be able to turn on or off the guest netword.
