All of the sudden my Alexa connected sattelite (RBS40V) quit connecting to the router (RBR20). I've tried all the tricks (reconnecting, powering off, reset button, etc). It shows up on my network map on the Orbi App, but with a magenta color saying offline. On the sattelite I get a blue ring light - showing a good connection. What am I missing?
I've also messed up my login to the admin page - any way to rest that?
Thanks.

I should add that when I "talk to Alexa" she says I need to register the devise on the Netgear Orbi app, but I don't see that as an option and the app says that the devise is offline.

Yes, each Orbi Voice needs to be associated with an Amazon account for Alexa to function on the RBS40V.
Getting the RBS40V on-line needs to happen before doing that step.
Have you done the famous "Factory Reset" on the RBS40V? (holding a paperclip in that tiny Reset hold until the Power LED begins to blink amber) then delete the satellite from the system and reconnect it.

Yes, I have reset both the router and the satellite - still no luck... I cannot get the satellite discovered on either the orbi or the Alexa app. Yet, when I say "alexa" it tells me that it the orbi voice is not registered and I should go to the orbi app to register it. I can't register it if it doesn't show up.. VERY frustrating.
