Amazon Fire tv stick not showing internet
We just set up our new Orbi system of a router and 2 additional satellites. We are plugging the Orbi router directly into an AT&T modem router 5268AC (which was just not putting out a big enough signa...
Modem Combo Units:
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

By the way, my Orbi RBR40 has 3 satelites and the base/router is in my metal building. The satelites are in the house about 60 feet away and they receive a Very Good signal. I have 3 Fire TV Sticks and they all work wonderfully now!

3rd Option to disable all radios on original modem and setup Orbi Router as AP worked like a charm.
