I'm sure there are multiple issues besides Android 8. However, the issue in this thread is repeatable. I could crash my router on demand using my Pixel phone.

Yep. I can crash my Orbi every time my phone sits idle for 10 or 15 minutes. When the phone is not on wifi, all is well.
